Do I Need An Amp Or Cab Cover?
Good question - to which I usually reply that if you don't want to invest in prootecting your equipment, best put some money aside to have it repaired if it gets damaged.
Repairs are typically much more expensive and sometimes not even worth doing.
Covers keep dust, damp and showers out and protect against bumps and scrapes.
In our experience musicians change their equipment regularly so keeping your amp or cab in good condition means you are future-proofing its resale value.

How Much Does An Amp Or Cab Cover Cost?
This is a question frequently asked and the answer is 'It depends'.
The reason for that is there are a number of factors that can affect the price such as:
- Level of protection chosen
- Number of optional extras chosen
These also determine the weight of the manufactured cover which in turn influences the shipping cost.
So there isn't a simple answer or hard and fast rule - you need to put everything in a cart to discover the total cost.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
This is a question frequently asked and the answer is 'It depends'.
The shipping cost is determined by 2 factors:
- The weight of the consignment
- The destination
The site has a built-in shipping calculator which defaults to UK shipping.
If you are outide the UK, simply change the destination country and the store will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your destination.
How To Search Effectively
There are more than 9000 makes and models of amp covers, cab covers and PowerBags on this site.
It has a built-in facility like Google that presents products based on the search term.
The best way to search is to use a unique part of the model name so AC30 or JMI20 or similar. This will get you closest to what you are searching for.

Why Is There More Than One Cover Listed For My Make And Model?
Equipment evolves over time and as it does the dimensions can change.
Not only the height, width and depth measurements but also handle positioning(s).
We include the height width and depth measurements in the product titles so you can compare them to the equipment you have and match them.
If they don't match (typically more than 5mm in one of the height, width or depth), we probably need a full set of dimensions to make a cover for you.
However, the height meaurement advertised excludes the feet (if any). This is deliberate as you don't want to have the cover sitting 'proud' at the top because it is too long.
If none of the sets of dimensions are close enough, measure up and send me a full set of dimensions using the online forms HERE and I will list a cover specifically for you.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do and the store is set up to calculate the shipping to your country.
Shipping is calculated according to delivery address.
I Live Outside The UK - Do I have To Pay Tax And Import Duty?
The answer is most likely yes, but we don't collect tax or duty here in the UK on behalf of other countries.
The UK vat included in the initial advertised price is also removed from all orders with an overseas delivery address.
Remember the store doesn't know where you live until you tell it so once it has your overseas delivery address, only then can it do its magic.
Your local Customs and Excise will likely calculate the tax and duties when the goods arrive in your country and send you a payment request prior to the order being released for delivery.
It is worth mentioning Customs procedures can cause delays - we have no control over that.

Are The Covers Waterproof?
The man-made, woven polypropylene outer has a water-resistant coating to repel damp and showers.
The cover is sewn together however which necessitates piercing the materials and they come with handle hole(s) as standard so there are places where water could potentially creep in.
All sewn products have this in common.
Can I Wash My Cover?
Yes covers and PowerBags are machine washable as long as you put the item in a pillow case and wash it on a cold cycle.
Do NOT use heat as the cover's paddding is laminated to the outer layer and heat could potentially loosen or destroy the lamination.
